Avery Williams is an illustrator and fine artist. Her passion for illustration began as a kid when she spent her summers exploring the Tule River in California. She drew numerous creatures she encountered, such as snakes, ladybugs, and rainbow trout. As she grew up, her artistic interests broadened to include plein air painting and detailed drawings. She is currently focusing on stylistic illustrative work which incorporates her interest and knowledge of the natural world. Her goal as a scientific illustrator is to inspire curiosity in others and to create artwork for all ages to understand and appreciate.
