Pen & Ink, Gouache This small painting has been one of the most important ones I have done to date. I did this piece for a prospective client with gouache and micron pen. I used a similar style to my coastline piece using vibrant colors and a thick outline. This was done with the intention of imitating how it would look painted as a mural. The client ended up really liking the colors / style and commissioned me to paint my first mural in their house. The large octopus I painted for them was named “Cheeky Felicia” hence the name of this piece.
