Photoshop, InDesign, Procreate This interpretive panel is inspired by a long weekend scrambling around in Monterey’s tide pools during the lowest tides of the year. Myriad bat stars were waiting out the water’s return in shallow pools, offering an opportunity for a close look at their fascinating anatomy. The photography in this piece was captured that weekend, and informed the digital scene renderings.
